AMX and Lutron are teaming up to tackle all of your lighting needs—and it’s not going to require any new wiring.
The NetLinx Clear Connect Gateway is the last piece in the AMX Light Control by Lutron puzzle, and it’s based on Lutron’s Clear Connect radio frequency (RF) technology. That means that the NetLinx Clear Connect Gateway can wirelessly connect to NetLinx Controllers with Lutron Clear Connect, dimmers, switches, occupancy sensors, switching plug-in devices and keypads.
Because the AMX system uses your existing wiring, no new wires are needed. That makes it an easier install. It also allows you to add automated systems like lighting control and occupancy sensors in any location, all without breaking the bank.
Also, the NetLinx Clear Connect Gateway uses a web interface for integration, configuration and programming, making it even easier to set up and tweak, as needed.
“Lutron’s Clear Connect technology has set the bar for range and reliability in wireless lighting control and creates a seamless fit with AMX integrated building control,” said Robert Noble, AMX’s chief technology officer.
AMX Light Control by Lutron is available now in both the U.S. and Canada. Users can also opt to add in AMX’s RMS Enterprise software to manage and monitor lighting, AV devices, HVAC and other systems.
