Solutionreach’s SR Voice offers day-before notification for patients turned off by text-message reminders. Unlike one-to-one messaging or emails, SR Voice is an over-the-phone automated notification system that provides the same services as similar text-based notification systems. In addition, SR Voice makes it possible for patients to confirm or decline upcoming appointments, so practices can avoid the economic blow of abandoned or forgotten appointments.
According to SolutionReach, SR Voice is natural sounding and engaging—with personalization options that allow for medical practices to create automated messages that suit their patients.
SR Voice is tethered to existing patient databases and automatically updates itself as new information is acquired. With access to all patient information, SR Voice can do more than just notify patients about upcoming appointments. Reactivation of inactive and lost patients becomes easier with notifications reminding absentees to schedule their next appointment from SR Voice.
Also, as with all of Solutionreach’s products, SR Voice only accesses information from each individual system, which eliminates the risk of third-party data corruption and information compromise. Through a secure socket layer connection, featuring 128-bit encryption, all transferred data is protected with security that mimics the level attributed to online banking.
SR Voice is available in a software bundle package (along with SR Engage test reminder service, SR Portal front desk service system and SR Sync practice management software) for $379 a month, which operates on Solutionreach’s general platform. This flat monthly rate will not change over the course of the contract, which is two years, and the service guarantees unlimited messaging from practitioner to patients as well as unlimited support from Solutionreach. The bundle covers up to three practitioners per location, there is an additional $10 a month charge for every practitioner over the allotted three, and also requires a non-refundable $399 activation fee per location.
