How this Multisite Church Created an Immersive A/V/L Experience
Forest Hill Church uses physical media to leverage its weekend services. When the pastor walked on stage and interacted with the life-size projection of himself won over any skeptics, and playback systems were installed in the two satellite locations. Services are recorded using four Panasonic broadcast-level cameras and video decks to project the pastor life-size, via a $100,000 Digital Projection TITAN WUXGA Quad 1080p projector, on a 25-foot main screen flanked by longer-shot screens on either side, showing a two-camera mix of IMAG with lower-third and full-screen graphics synched up with the center screen. This was supported by eight channels of audio from a Meyer MILO PA system in a surround configuration.
